How many cultivars are in DigiFarmz’s database?

The DigiFarmz database includes information on more than 800 soybean and wheat cultivars released in recent years and officially registered with Brazil’s Ministry of Agriculture, Paraguay’s Ministry of Agriculture, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. DigiFarmz continuously incorporates newly released cultivars as well as pre-release varieties from seed companies, ensuring that its analyses are always based on the most up-to-date data.

The new or pre-release cultivars are tested by DigiFarmz’s research team under different planting dates, weather conditions, disease pressures, crop protection strategies, and product performance in the field. These results feed DigiFarmz’s models, allowing them to deliver more accurate insights on product performance.

DigiFarmz models combine cultivar trial data with real-time information from weather stations, in-field sensors, and climate data generated by low-orbit satellites using radio frequency and microwave technology. This integration ensures precise forecasts and personalized recommendations for users.
